• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in the same condition as received.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at kate@pierrelorren.com, with the order number and the details of the items you wish to return. Our customer service team will then provide you with a shipping address.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package to ensure safe return delivery. Pierre Lorren is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the product.
